I adore these PEEPS® products!  The bright colors are just perfect for Easter baskets.  The flavored PEEPS® are fun and unique for Easter treats.   I had so much fun making up a few baskets, then cooking up some colorful, delicious Easter treats for my family to try.

We absolutely loved the Orange Delight Peeps - they are dipped in orange fudge - yum!  David & Katie both liked the sour watermelon flavor PEEPS®.  Dad loves the Hot Tamales, and I really like the Easter Treats from Mike And Ike.  These will be fun to stick in baskets for Easter morning! Who wouldn't love finding these PEEPS® and Company treats in their Easter basket?

Some of the treats I made that are pictured in the collage above: I dipped the bottom of some PEEPS® in white chocolate or bittersweet chocolate and added Spring sprinkles from Wilton.  Some were put on cake pop sticks and displayed in a mason jar that had a big tulle bow tied on it.  Others were placed on graham crackers that had been dipped in chocolate. On some of those I added coconut flakes dyed with green food coloring.  Others had sprinkles. Pop them in the fridge til they harden up a bit before serving.  These are a great substitute for s'mores!

I also crushed some graham crackers. Next, I dipped a few of the bunnies and chicks in white or bittersweet chocolate, then rolled them in the cracker crumbs.  Another tasty alternative to making s'mores!

The jellybeans and hot tamales are perfect for filling vases, or jars.  Then add some PEEPS® on sticks for a cute display, or let a chick roost on top, like I did. You can display the rainbow pop and the chocolate dipped PEEPS® as is - they are so cute! The possibilities are endless, so get creative and decorate for Spring!

Right now you can get a 20% discount code that you can use towards your next purchase, too!  Use code EASTERTREATS (Code expires on April 15 - no minimum purchase required)

I am excited to give away a selection of PEEPS® candies to one of you lucky PEEPS! (See what I did there?!)  No plush or non-food merchandise will be included in this prize pack - just an assortment of their yummy candy!

  6. One of my favorite Easter traditions is one we started last year. We fill the eggs with the glow sticks and hide them. Easter night....they go on an egg hunt and find them! (We have one take them somewhere so they dont expect anything...and the other quick gets the glow sticks glowing and hides them) So much fun! We will do it every from now on!

  18. My favorite Easter tradition is one that my husband and I started on our son's second Easter since he was able to fully participate and we have continued every year since. However, now that he is 8 years old it's gotten tougher each year but he loves it! We always have a "Super Prize" that the Easter Bunny leaves for him and we get special plastic eggs that are different from the "candy eggs" we hide, they are usually either much bigger or glitter eggs so that he knows they are the "special eggs" without being told. We start by putting the first one with the first "clue" in his basket so he can start his "treasure hunt" and we scatter around 6-8 more clue eggs and each egg has a riddle inside to lead him to the next egg all the way to the "special prize". Last year it was a new basketball goal but I'm not sure what we will do this year however we are thinking maybe a real Easter bunny lol!
